Lancaster 112 David, the handle 112 Tom 2, the assist 921, 470 East Lancaster Boulevard, cross of 5th East and the Boulevard. Informant stated, two DPs wearing all black, going through a brown Chevy. DPs are in a silver Mercedes. Unknown if DPs have weapons. Informant 911N, and DPs are in the alleyway, TAC 20.
