361, copy, welfare check. 361. 4500 South State Street, callers passerby, observed a female asleep in her vehicle in the middle of the intersection, possibly intoxicated. Female just woke up and continued southbound on state in a white Hyundai Elantra. It's going to be a 35 to 40-year-old white female with blonde hair. No further. 361, copy. 1308.
