It's reference of a black Tesla with 28 Lincoln 9 Sam 17 Nora driving erratically and cutting people off. They were also going into the construction barriers. No weapons seen. Last seen driving southbound and the windows were heavily tinted. 28 does return. 29 negative, showing no record. Nothing further. Station clear at 10-7 hours.
