For the unit 10-4, this assault in progress, now coming in as a person with a gun, 8345 Manistee, 8345 Manistee. Caller said someone ran over her dog and killed it, and the offender has a gun. Offender's supposed to be in a wine beaker in Cherokee. We also got a call from the offender. Nothing further.
