just drove past the park & originally had 62nd blocked off by police, but it looks like the crowd from the park moved to the apartments on the corner & it was lots of cars with young people dancing on top of the cars.
It appears there’s a lot of juveniles gathering just may be doing water guns or water balloons or something. They are not letting people enter the park by car, but they’re also not asking them to leave.
