This is how that apartment building in Dallas exploded a few weeks ago. They need to have huge fines against the construction companies whenever they hit a gas line (or any utility line)that’s the only thing that will make them more careful and stop this from happening.
I understand what you are saying but what about the company that makes the services wrong or miss marks them its not always the contractors fault.
