Thank you. I have anonymous caller at 18023 Harlan Avenue. That's 18023 Harlan. Caller heard three shots. Caller sees two teenagers walking in front of the schoolyard. Caller states it's too far to see if they have a gun. It's a 1. CAD is 0176. 0176. Copy. Just for info, 36, they said both are black males. One is wearing all black t-shirt and pants.
