When people are kept locked up for their first violent act, shooting, etc - ive seen to many times a person has been released after doing a drive by shooting that didn't kill someone
My advice, delete this app it is making a lot of you crazy. You are inundated with this crap. This was likely a revenge killing or perhaps gang related.
