That woman was right behind me when it happened. She was vibing to something, kept accelerating and braking with a delay in response, swerving in and put of her lane by about a foot. Then she exited and started using the shoulder as an exit lane, clipped the rear of the car in front of her, whichever forced her onto the rocks and rails before flipping. Id bet my bottom dollar she was drunk
