Units in 19th, getting a reckless driver, Weston and Addison. Caller states a female, Black, 40-years-old, wearing a gray shirt, blue jeans, was trying to make her hit her vehicle. And then when they came to the light, she got out of a gray BMW, yelling and screaming at them. They're hard to get out to fight. They have three children inside the vehicle. They were last seen headed southbound. Lights plate on is going to be Frank William 14007.
