271, 273, and 283 David for this order at Sardella's, 8278 West Lake Pleasant Parkway, 100. For an older male who's intoxicated, the RP found him in the middle of the roadway, crashed on his e-bike. He originally gave the location of the restaurant, but is now saying they're on Lake Pleasant Parkway. We could hear the male in the background yelling. He's a white male about 70 years age, neon green shirt, blue pants, no weapons seen.
