Copy that, 1741. 210, I can back on that welfare. 10-4. 210 and 222, a welfare, 83rd Avenue and Northern. 83 and Northern for a subject passed out in a vehicle. It's a gold four-door Buick, older model. It's in the westbound lanes on Northern. And correction, the caller's now saying it's possibly a Chevy. Driver appears to be about 19 to 20 years of age.
