A disturbance, please. 42 South State. 10 male, Black teens refusing to leave. Blocking the entrance to the store. Yelling at staff and security they're wearing black outfits. Then I got a disturbance at 407 South Dearborn for a male who's not a customer refusing to leave from inside of the Taco Bell.
