Caller advised an unknown subject climbed over the fence into her backyard and is now in a 415 with the caller's husband and son. He's going to be a male, white, mid-20s, about 5'10", mid-build, wearing no shirt, black basketball shorts, and has tattoos on his torso and arms. No weapons seen. 927 in progress, 4A. Sam 4, copy.
