Radio to Adam 35 for a code 3 CIT, non-violent. 35, you can send it. We got a code 3 CIT, non-violent at 2935 Van Aken Boulevard. That's 2935 Van Aken, apartment 6. Caller states there are people around his house with guns, and he does not know how many, nor does he have a description of them. Says that they're threatening him with guns. Be advised, this call did come down around 10 a.m. this morning. We did just receive another call around 1934 for ETA.
