Charlie 32 and Charlie 33, that is a code 2 threats at East 126th and Union. That's East 126th and Union. There was a two-car MVA. It's a blue Dodge versus a black Ford Focus. Caller told the call taker that the other party was being aggressive and making threats on the line, so I did do a call back to see if vehicles were drivable, if they could just exchange info and go to the district. During that phone call, I heard a lot of threats and a lot of people possibly pulling.
