Okay, we're getting a second call for that location, 2508 West 46th Place. Two vehicles are ramming into each other, driven by a landlord and a tenant at the above location. Offended, offender one is a tenant, younger male Hispanic is driving a blue Lexus sedan. Offender two is a landlord, older male Hispanic driving a blue Volkswagen sedan. Caller states the younger male Hispanic is a gang.
