Alpham 13. Hey, can you check out something for me? You're kind of in the area of 4817 West Cortez. It's a battery just occurred. We got quite a bit of calls on it. First being, female was maced by a neighbor. Unknown if the neighbor is still there. EMS was refused. It was the female neighbor upstairs wearing an orange top. The offender also had a knife and was trying to stab the caller. Her sister took the knife.
