He's going to be 5214 Amy Street, unit A at the duplex. There's a male arguing with another male, threatening one another with a hammer. Person of interest is possibly schizophrenic. He keeps rambling on about money and stuff. He's going to be a Hispanic male in his early 40s, gray shorts, sleeveless gray top, wearing like a baseball cap. And they're saying that he's a known felon. Clear.
