Cars, we're receiving a person at 2690 North Watkins Street at Valero Gas Station. Complainant advising a male, Black, with no shirt and black shorts is causing a disturbance. Armed with an iron rod and refusing to leave. Any cars that can clear him, pull over, advise on number. 171, I just drove by and saw that individual turning around.
