Lincoln units, further in that possible 207, JO, 60th Street West and J John 8. Informant saw male Black adult wearing dark clothing, was grabbing on a child, female Black 6, wearing unknown clothing. DP was yelling at child, come on. Child is screaming no and trying to get away, unknown if weapons. Informant will pass her by and doesn't know if DP is carrying a child. Located cross street from Sundown Elementary.
