 Caller states there's a dark grey Kia, George Charlie 34074, with four hooded males who are just trying to break into another vehicle.

 When they saw the caller walking up, the offenders took off and went southbound on Albany.

 I also have a number, a couple of number 2 Parkers on 21-speed, a Vice on 11-speed, and an ordinance violation on 21-speed.
