Officers advise that the suspect discarded the baton and is running westbound on 15th Street. Another individual entered the nearby RV.

Newton unit, 415 man, 749 East 15th Street at the Eminem Place. Suspect is a transgender male, Black, 30 years, green hat, black trash bag, black skirt, armed with a black baton, no threats made. It's Code 2, incident 2245 and RD 1313.

Police have received a 911 report of a man armed with a baton at M&M Place.

A 911 caller has reported an unconfirmed incident at 749 E 15th St.
