363 and 239, you're en route to the area of 3251 La Rambla. CP advised a 31 male was walking between properties, grabbing at wires from that, the properties and the PNM box. Going to be an SMA, about 6 foot, dark hair, wearing white t-shirt over dark colored pants. Early of about 20 minutes, last seen on foot westbound from the area. PNM's direct, he'll send someone out at some point to 10-10 that he may have dug up some wire. CP just wants a general 10-10 in the area for subjects located at 21. Okay, that's clear.
