Older model, silver Kia sedan, unknown license plate with bullet holes on the windshield. Observed a male, Hispanic, mid-40s, wearing a black jacket, no further description, crying in distress, sitting in between trash cans. Additional female, Hispanic, mid-30s, wearing a black jacket, was seen crying in distress next to a dark red SUV, unknown license plate, no gunshots heard.Code 3, incident 975, RD 12.
