All units, attempt to locate a reckless driver in Copperton, 8700 West Hillcrest Street at the Copperton Park. Complainant stating there was a motorcycle rider speeding through the area with no lights and appeared to be on their phone. Stating they saw them looping through the area, unknown direction of travel. Again, attempt to locate a reckless driver at 2356.
