Like there was a language barrier. Caller speaks Spanish, saying somebody's chasing someone that's taken his wife. Male, Black, kidnapped his wife in a blue Tesla. Caller on a motorcycle chasing him. Their head is southbound at Grand. No further. 12th district, clear.
