Time is 10-02 hours, units be advised, 63 Lieutenant calling on level 1 mobilization in regards to a confirmed, special category missing. Mobilization point is 2014 East 71st Street. We're looking for a male, White named Corey Sheen, date of birth 12-2-2012. He's about 4'11", 85 pounds. He was last seen at the above location at approximately 715 hours, wearing a black t-shirt, multicolored pajama pants. Last seen southbound on East 71st Street, headed towards Veterans...
