I have literally been requesting a traffic study for this intersection for months. It's crazy dangerous with pedestrians, bikes, and people just stopping in the street for the stores. We need loading zones during the day for the stores so that people stop just parking in the middle of Ridge. This probably happened because somebody was trying to go around someone who was just parked in the middle of the road

Idk how it happened but based on the way the cars are positioned I think the one suv tried to do a u turn in the middle of the street and the other one try to swerve and avoid it and go up the sidewalk or something like that
