Jordan 40 and 210, you'll be en route to the Walmart, 11328 South Jordan Gateway. 11328 South, 250 West. For the last seven hours, there's a male outside that's been talking to himself and rolling around in the grass. Caller believes he's possibly on drugs. He does have a shopping cart with him. He'll be an Asian male, 30 to 40 years old, blue jeans, black jacket, and a red baseball cap. Both units en route at 2341.
