Delta 311, Delta 366. 311. 366. A juvenile problem, 2039 East, 9400 South. Complainant is an employee, was belligerent with the call taker, said there are a group of juveniles in a large pickup truck by the 7-Eleven, have white rackets, and shooting tennis balls at cars driving by, also racing around the parking lot. Complainant did also make vague threats. He's not afraid to stand his ground and catch another felony.
