Cars 1 to all units, standby for a rebroadcast of the BOL out of Southwest. Cars 1 broadcasting, strong wind 211 occurred at 2570 East, Southeast Avenue at the Vagabond. Occurred in approximately 20-30 hours with two suspects. One's going to be a BMJ, 17-years-old, skinny-build, cut on the face, last seen wearing no shirt, red pants. Second subject, BMJ, unknown age, heavy set, black curly hair in a ponytail, last seen wearing no shirt and sandals, breaking for traffic. It's a new broadcast, suspect's still T, last seen running out of the Vagabond.
