I was not at the scene when it happened so I am not going to assume that they were speeding, but it sounds like a speeding accident. I hope that the drivers are safe. I also hope they still get charged with speed tickets if that’s what caused the accident. This is also exactly why we need traffic cops back in the city because they could’ve prevented this from happening by catching the speeder if it was a speeding accident.
