4229, threat in progress. 29. 5344 Bettman. States a neighbor threatened to tase their dog and flashed a taser at their children. States earlier they flashed a gun in the day, but this time they've only had a taser on them. Sam, female, black, 50s, medium green dress, is on scene at their house. Complainant will show you where they live. Complainant will be at 5344 Bettman.
