Roseville and BART, testing for information, 41 and Shields. It's going to be a juvenile on the southbound 41 between Shields and McKinley. Juvenile appeared to be about 6 years old, last seen with a black shirt, black pants, no vehicle broken down nearby. CHP has been advised.
