Also, my spouse just confirmed for me that the car driver is in a police car now.
Confirmed with bystander witnesses that the motorcycle driver was able to get up off the ground. Car turned into him.

No, he was sitting up on the ground. They took him in an ambulance to get checked out. A tow truck is now here for the motorcycle. He was wearing a helmet.
