Alright, we got another disturbance, sounds like possibly with a mental. Also coming in as a check the well-being. Now we got multiple calls, says this guy's walking in and out of traffic over Belmont and Palina. First call came in as a disturbance. It says, uh, male black dreads, black hat, black long-sleeved shirt, gray vest, black pants, walking in the middle of the street, causing traffic. I think it's supposed to say traffic jam, refusing to move.
