15315 Lorain Avenue. Two vehicles went northbound on Triscott and Lorain. Black male with a face mask, wearing all black, broke into a vehicle and left in a white two or four-door in a black SUV. The SUV was leaving, the white vehicle following, no description of other people. Caller's a passerby. They were on their work when they seen this. It's a 2, CAD is 5230. Copy.
