This is right as your leaving or entering my community. There are almost daily accidents on that corner ever since they built those apartments or condos it seems. They now share our exit and entrance at that entersection at the water feature. Once someone almost ended up in the waterfall lake. They somehow went up and over the curb & sidewalk and almost all the way down into the lake. I do not remember what it was that they crashed into, but whatever it was (Bush,landscape) it stopped them from plowing into the water. 😬 No other cars involved 🤷♀️
