Palmdale 264, the handle 264 Tom 1, the assist for a 415 business, 371 40 47th Street East in Palmdale. Going to be at Walmart. Approximately three male Hispanic juvies are selling candy outside the loc and harassing customers. Informant stated juvies became upset, went out to leave and called. Informant said derogatory term, no weapons seen. All are in the parking lot, 5184.
