Units, attempt to locate reckless, possible juvenile problem at 5900 West New Bingham Highway. It's the Ron Woodman Park. It's going to be at the south end of the park. With time left of 10 minutes, two male juveniles on electric dirt bikes going 30 miles per hour through the park, both wearing dark clothing. One of the juveniles is wearing a red helmet, and both bikes are going to be black in color. Attempt to locate at 1937.
