711, a disorder, 826 Geneva. Male caller David states a young black male wearing a blue shirt, red shorts, was threatening to shoot a black male that lives across the street. He looked very young. Unknown clothing description on the victim. There were no weapons seen. Nothing physical happened. They're stating a small kid went into a house, but the suspect is still there. 826 Geneva. 711.
