14. 14. I really don't know why we're going on this and why it wasn't referred to ARS, I asked. I didn't really get a clear answer. Theft just occurred, 1420 North Milwaukee in the rear. His car was broken into, his book bag with his passport inside was stolen. Neighbors have video. There's a person on the video that was in the area, but they're not sure if that's actually the offender or not. So I don't know why we can't.
