Maybel 6463, copy on a juvenile problem? Go for both. 942 East North Union Avenue, 7210 South. Since about 4 o'clock this morning, there's a bunch of kids, 14 to 16 years old, outside of the building, making a lot of noise and smoking. About 10 of them, unknown weapons. They're on the north side of the apartment building. Time lapse is about 30 minutes now.
