820.It's a party at 9200 West McDowell, apartment 79. For the past several hours, neighbors have been throwing parties, playing around with music. Unknown how many people are there. Someone's for a party with music, screaming. Looks like security has been getting complaints about the apartment. Doesn't appear like a security was on site for contact. Another complainant advises possibly 6 to 15 people, no known weapons. Somebody wants to contact 312, units follow?
