4351, threat in progress with a weapon. 5-1. Looks like it's called in by armed security, Williamsburg and Kingsway. States they received a call from a tow truck company on scene, states that males are threatening him with guns and refusing to move. About five minutes ago, there was an unknown amount of subjects with a white Ford Explorer. It looks like it's an old police vehicle. Also just got a shot, shots fired, heard only. Two shots heard about a block away on Williamsburg. 4302. Williamsburg.
