Alright, East 13th and Chester. Looks like we got males on the 8th floor of the balcony dropping water balloons and pointing water guns at people. Caller states they possibly pointed an AK-47, but they are not sure. It's going to be black males, dark clothing. It's a 1, CAD 3779.
