Erica says unknown people approached her 13-year-old niece, asked for her name, and then kept circling the block. It was a gray Honda Odyssey. Carly wants to speak to you guys. She didn't get the plate number, but it was a male Hispanic and a female Hispanic in the car. Last seen going west. 10-4.
