Hairman 42 for an area check on a reckless. Go ahead. We're at the intersection of Midas Vista Road and Emma Mine Drive. The complainant's advising there's a subject on a mini bike on the trail with a cutoff muffler. They're last seen going northbound on Midas Vista Road towards Emma Mine Drive. The rider was last seen wearing a black helmet and a white hoodie. They advised they were going at a high rate of speed. No paper. I copy, I'm en route. Copy, at 1943.
