David, occurred 10 minutes ago. Two males wearing black snatched RP's gold chain at 18th and Potrero. RP wanted to make a police report. Suspect 1 is a LMA, 20s, 5'7", skinny to medium build, wearing all black, no weapons seen. Suspect 2, LMA, 20s, 5'11", skinny build, wearing all black clothing, no weapons seen. And the RP refuses to 408. Correction, happened at 19th and Potrero. Subject last seen westbound on 19th.
